Refund policy

Our refund eligibility depends on the product type and when the request is made. Full details are in our policy page.

Test bundles

Test bundles are digital products that provide access immediately on purchase. We generally don't offer refunds once access has been granted and tests have been started. If you haven't started any tests and wish to cancel, contact support and we'll assess your request.

Class enrolments

Refund eligibility for class enrolments depends on how far in advance the withdrawal request is made relative to the class start date. See our policy page for the full cancellation schedule.

FlexiClass credits

Unused credits can be refunded if no sessions have been booked. Once a session is confirmed, it is non-cancellable and the credit cannot be returned (bookings can only be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session).

ACST bookings

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is requested. Contact support to discuss your situation.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the contact form. Include your name, email address, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within one business day.
