All payments at Test Academy are processed through Stripe. We accept two payment methods.
BECS Direct Debit
BECS (Bulk Electronic Clearing System) is a bank-to-bank direct debit system used in Australia. To pay by BECS you'll need an Australian bank account (BSB and account number).
- No surcharge.
- You authorise a Direct Debit Request (DDR) during checkout. This mandate is stored securely for 7 years as required by Australian banking regulations.
- Funds are debited within a few business days.
Credit or debit card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. A surcharge of 1.75% + $0.30 AUD applies to card payments, reflecting our processing costs.
- The surcharge is shown clearly in the price breakdown before you confirm.
- For multi-term class enrolments, the surcharge applies to the first term only.
- For test bundles and ACST bookings, the surcharge applies to the full amount.
Security
Test Academy does not store card or bank account numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
