Your FlexiClass credit balance is displayed prominently on the FlexiClass page.
Credit transaction types
- Purchase — credits added when you buy a FlexiClass credit bundle
- Usage — one credit deducted when you confirm a session booking
- Trial Credit — free credit granted automatically to all new accounts
- Admin Adjustment — manual credit change by a Test Academy administrator (e.g. referral reward, compensation for a cancelled session)
Viewing your history
Full transaction history — type, amount, and balance after each transaction — is available on the FlexiClass page in your dashboard.
Credits not showing after purchase?
Credits are added when the Stripe payment confirmation webhook is received. This normally takes a few seconds. If credits haven't appeared after 5 minutes, contact support with your payment receipt.
