A receipt is emailed to your registered email address after every successful payment.
What receipts contain
- Date and time of payment
- Amount paid (including any surcharge)
- Payment method (BECS or card)
- Description of what was purchased
- Stripe payment reference
Can't find your receipt?
- Check your spam or junk folder — Stripe receipts sometimes land there.
- Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address registered on your account.
- For class enrolments, a receipt link is also stored in your enrolment record. Log in and go to your enrolments to find it.
