Email verification is separate from the phone verification done during registration. A 4-digit code is sent to your email after your account is created.
How to verify your email
- After registering, check your inbox for an email from Test Academy with a 4-digit code.
- Go to your dashboard — a verification prompt appears at the top.
- Enter the 4-digit code and click Verify.
Code not received?
- Check your spam or junk folder first.
- Make sure the email address you registered with is correct.
- If the code still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, contact support and we'll resend it.
Why email verification matters
Verified email ensures you receive test results, class reminders, enrolment confirmations, and any important account communications. Some features may be restricted until your email is verified.
