You can log in at testacademy.com.au/login. There are two methods.
Method 1 — Email and password
- Select the Email & Password tab.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Complete the security check (a simple maths question).
- Click Log In.
Method 2 — Student identity
If you don't remember your email or password, you can log in using your child's details instead.
- Select the Student Identity tab.
- Enter the student's first name, last name, date of birth, and postcode — exactly as they were entered during registration.
- Complete the security check and click Log In.
Forgotten your password?
Click Forgot password? on the login page, enter your email address, and complete the security check. A new password will be sent to your email. Log in with that password, then change it in your profile settings.
Trouble logging in?
- "Invalid email or password" — double-check your email address. Use the Forgot password option if needed.
- "Incorrect security answer" — re-read the maths question carefully and try again.
- "No matching student found" — the name, date of birth, or postcode doesn't match the registered details exactly. Try email/password login instead, or contact support.
Session length
Sessions last 48 hours. You'll be asked to log in again after that period.
