Parent and guardian details are collected during class enrolment. These include contact information, home address, and emergency contact details used by your teacher for in-person classes.
What we store
- Parent/guardian first and last name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Home address (street, suburb, state, postcode)
- Emergency contact name, phone, and relationship
- Preferred contact method (Email, Phone, or SMS)
How to update these details
Parent details cannot be changed through the student dashboard. To update them, contact support with the updated information. Please include your account email address and your child's name so we can locate the record.
Medical notes and allergies
You can update medical notes and allergy information yourself. Go to Edit Profile — these fields are available there and are shared with your teacher for in-person classes.
