Deleting your account

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. This cannot be done through the student dashboard.

How to request deletion

Contact us via the contact form. Include your full name and registered email address. We'll process the deletion and confirm by email.

What is removed

  • Your personal profile information
  • Your test history and Learning Hub performance data
  • Your active bundle access

What is retained for legal reasons

  • BECS mandate records — Australian banking regulations require us to retain Direct Debit authorisations for a minimum of 7 years. After your account is deleted, these records are anonymised (the link to your account is removed) but the mandate document itself remains in our system.
  • Payment and enrolment records — retained for tax and financial reporting purposes, in anonymised form.

Automatic inactive account cleanup

Accounts that have been completely inactive for an extended period are automatically deleted as part of a weekly scheduled cleanup. You'll receive an email notification before this happens, giving you the option to log back in and keep your account.
