Password resets at Test Academy work differently from most platforms — instead of a reset link, we email you a new password that you can then change once you're logged in.
How to reset your password
- Go to /change_password/ (also linked as Get New Password on the login page).
- Enter your registered email address.
- Complete the security check (maths question).
- Click submit. Check your inbox — a new password will be emailed to you shortly.
- Log in with the new password, then update it to something memorable in your profile settings if you wish.
Email not received?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the email address registered on your account.
- If the email still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, contact support.
Don't know which email you registered with?
Try the Student Identity login method instead — log in using your child's name, date of birth, and postcode. Once inside, your email address is shown in your profile.
