Test Academy sends different types of emails. Some can be controlled from your profile; others are always sent because they're essential to your account.
Emails you can control
Toggle the Newsletter notifications setting in your profile. When turned off, you won't receive marketing emails, blog updates, or non-critical announcements.
Emails that are always sent
The following are transactional and cannot be turned off:
- Email verification codes
- Password reset emails
- Enrolment confirmations
- Payment receipts
- Test result notifications
- Class and session reminders
- Failed payment alerts
- Waitlist spot offers
How to update your preference
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Tick or untick the Newsletter notifications checkbox.
- Click Update Details.
