What your institution setting does
Your account is associated with one institution, which determines:
- Which classes, teachers, and class sessions you see when enrolling
- Which administrator team manages your account
- Branding visible in your dashboard
If your institution appears incorrect
Contact support to update your institution. This isn't a self-service change — our team will update it for you.
Switching institutions
If you move from one tutoring provider to another (e.g. from Test Academy to Success Tutoring), contact support. We'll update your account accordingly so you see the right classes and staff.
