FlexiClass is Test Academy's one-on-one tutoring service for Year 1–6 students. Unlike term-based classes, it's fully flexible — you book sessions as needed, choose your focus topic, and work directly with a Test Academy tutor. Every new account includes one free trial credit.

What can be covered
FlexiClass sessions are entirely customised. Common focus areas include:
- Mathematics — any primary school topic, from number sense to pre-algebra
- English — reading comprehension, writing technique, grammar, spelling
- Thinking Skills — logical reasoning and problem-solving strategies
- OC and Selective exam preparation — any section of either test
- NAPLAN preparation — literacy and numeracy
- Homework and classwork support
- Any area of the Year 1–6 curriculum
How it works
- Purchase FlexiClass credits from the test bundles page (or use your free trial credit)
- Go to FlexiClass in your dashboard
- Select a date and time from the TidyCal booking calendar
- Enter your focus topic — be specific so your tutor can prepare
- One credit is deducted on confirmation. A Test Academy administrator assigns your tutor and sends the meeting details.
Session details
- Duration: 1 hour per session
- Format: Online (via Zoom or similar video conferencing)
- Tutors: Test Academy-qualified tutors matched to your child's needs and the focus topic
Available time slots
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Availability depends on tutor schedules. Book a few days in advance to secure preferred times.
Booking terms
- Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed
- Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session — contact support to reschedule
- One credit is deducted when you confirm the booking
Credits and pricing
FlexiClass operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased as bundles and never expire.

Referral program
Refer a friend and earn a free credit when they complete their first FlexiClass session. Your unique referral code (format: REF-FIRSTNAME-XXXX) is shown on the FlexiClass page in your dashboard.

Log in to your dashboard and go to FlexiClass. Your free trial credit is already waiting. Accept the booking terms, open the calendar, and choose a time that works for you.
