Tests are marked automatically after you click Finish. You don't need to do anything — results appear in your Performance dashboard once marking is complete.
Multiple-choice tests
Your answers are compared against the stored correct answers for each question. The marking system runs every 10 minutes between 7 am and 11 pm (Sydney time). Results are typically available within 10 minutes of finishing.
Writing tests
Written responses are sent to OpenAI for automated marking. The AI assesses your response against the relevant criteria (content and ideas, structure, language, spelling, and grammar). Writing results may take slightly longer than multiple-choice.
Where to find your results
Results appear in the Performance section of your dashboard. You'll also receive an email notification when marking is complete.
What the results show
- Total score (marks achieved vs. marks available)
- Per-question breakdown showing correct and incorrect answers
- Explanations for questions (where provided by the question author)
- For writing tests: AI feedback on your response
Results not appearing?
If results haven't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with the test name and the date/time you completed it.
