FlexiClass bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed, but they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time.
How to reschedule
Contact support as early as possible. Include:
- Your name and account email
- The original session date and time
- Your preferred new date and time (from the available slots)
We'll update the booking in TidyCal and confirm the new time by email. No additional credit is charged for a valid reschedule.
Less than 24 hours' notice
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated. The session may proceed as scheduled and the credit will be considered used.
Session cancelled by Test Academy
If a session is cancelled on our side (e.g. due to tutor unavailability), your credit is always returned in full. We'll contact you to arrange a replacement slot.
What about cancellations?
Bookings cannot be cancelled and credits refunded once confirmed. If you have a genuine emergency, contact support — we'll do our best to help.
