FlexiClass is Test Academy's one-on-one online tutoring service. You book sessions using credits — one credit per one-hour session. Every new account receives a free trial credit so you can try it without paying.
Available time slots
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Availability within these slots depends on tutor schedules. Not every slot is guaranteed to be open at all times.
Booking a session step by step
- Go to Dashboard → FlexiClass.
- Your credit balance is shown prominently at the top (e.g. "5 credits available").
- Read the booking terms shown in the amber box, then tick I understand and accept the FlexiClass Terms & Conditions, General T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Student Code of Conduct.
- Click Book Session — a TidyCal calendar loads showing available dates.
- Select a date and time. Enter your name, email, and focus topic.
- Confirm the booking. One credit is deducted immediately and you'll see a Booking Confirmed! message.
Booking terms
- Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed.
- Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session (contact support to reschedule).
- 1 credit is deducted when you confirm.
Your focus topic
Be specific. A clear focus topic helps your tutor prepare. Examples:
- "Ratios and proportion — Year 6 Selective preparation"
- "Persuasive writing structure and technique"
- "Abstract reasoning patterns in Thinking Skills"
Tutor assignment
After you confirm, a Test Academy administrator assigns the most suitable available tutor. You'll receive an email with your tutor's details and the session meeting link before the session begins.
