How to request a withdrawal
Contact us via the contact form with your name, the class name, location, and term. We'll process the withdrawal and confirm by email.
What happens
- Your enrolment status changes to Withdrawn.
- Your spot becomes available and may be offered to the next waitlisted student.
- Any applicable refund is processed separately (see our policy page for eligibility).
Multi-term enrolments
If you enrolled across multiple terms in one purchase, withdrawing from one term may affect the discount on the remaining terms. We'll explain the impact before processing the change.
