You must be logged in to enrol. If you don't have an account yet, create one first — it only takes a few minutes.
The enrolment wizard
Step 1 — Authentication
If you aren't already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so before continuing.
Step 2 — Phone verification
Enter your parent/guardian first name, last name, and Australian mobile number (04xx xxx xxx), then click Send Verification Code. Enter the 6-digit code sent to that number. If you need to resend, wait 30 seconds for the Resend code button to become active.
Step 3 — Child details
Enter the student's first name, last name, date of birth, and current year level.
Step 4 — Course selection
Select the course, location (if the course runs at multiple sites), and which term(s) you want to enrol in. Purchasing more than one term at once may attract a multi-term discount — this is displayed clearly on the page.
Step 5 — Pricing summary
Review the breakdown: base price, any applicable discount, the materials/admin fee, and any card surcharge. If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo code field and click Apply.
Step 6 — Payment
Complete payment via Stripe. We accept BECS Direct Debit (no surcharge) and credit/debit card (1.75% + $0.30 surcharge, applied to the first term only for multi-term purchases).
Step 7 — Confirmation
After successful payment you'll see an Enrolment Confirmed! message with your order details. A confirmation email and SMS are sent automatically.
What happens next
- Your enrolment becomes Active.
- The class appears in your dashboard with its schedule.
- For online classes, your meeting link is shown in the dashboard.
- If the class includes a test bundle, access is added to your dashboard automatically.
Spot reservation
When you start checkout, your spot is held for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that window, the reservation expires and the spot is released.
